20:1
|
這些日子有一天，耶穌在殿院里教訓人民、傳福音的時候、祭司長和經學士同長老上前來，
|
|
|
And it came to pass, that on one of those days, as he taught the people in the temple, and preached the gospel, the chief priests and the scribes came upon him with the elders,
|
|
20:2
|
對他說︰「告訴我們，你仗著什么權柄作這些事阿？給你這權柄的是誰呢？」
|
|
|
And spake unto him, saying, Tell us, by what authority doest thou these things? or who is he that gave thee this authority?
|
|
20:3
|
耶穌回答他們說︰「我、我也要問你們一件事︰告訴我，
|
|
|
And he answered and said unto them, I will also ask you one thing; and answer me:
|
|
20:4
|
約翰的洗禮是由于天呢？還是由于人？」
|
|
|
The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men?
|
|
20:5
|
他們就彼此商議說︰「我們若說『由于天』，他就會說你們為什么不信他？」
|
|
|
And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then believed ye him not?
|
|
20:6
|
若說『由于人』呢，眾民就會用石頭打死我們﹔因為他們都確信約翰是神言人。」
|
|
|
But and if we say, Of men; all the people will stone us: for they be persuaded that John was a prophet.
|
|
20:7
|
于是回答說、不知道從哪里來的。
|
|
|
And they answered, that they could not tell whence it was.
|
|
20:8
|
耶穌對他們說︰「我、也不告訴你們我仗著什么權柄作這些事。」
|
|
|
And Jesus said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.
|
|
20:9
|
耶穌就對人民說起這個比喻來︰「有一個人栽了一個葡萄園，租給葡萄園工，就出外去了好久。
|
|
|
Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time.
|
|
20:10
|
到了節候，他就差遣一個仆人去找園工，叫他們把葡萄園一部分的果子給他﹔園工竟打了他，送他空手走出去。
|
|
|
And at the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty.
|
|
20:11
|
他加差了另一個仆人去﹔連那一個、他們也打了，侮辱了，送他空手走出去。
|
|
|
And again he sent another servant: and they beat him also, and entreated him shamefully, and sent him away empty.
|
|
20:12
|
他又加差第三個去﹔連這一個、他們也打傷，給趕出去了。
|
|
|
And again he sent a third: and they wounded him also, and cast him out.
|
|
20:13
|
葡萄園主說︰『我要怎么辦呢？我要差我所愛的兒子去﹔或者他們會尊敬他。』
|
|
|
Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they see him.
|
|
20:14
|
園工看見他，卻彼此議論說︰『這是承繼產業的﹔我們殺他吧，產業好歸我們。』
|
|
|
But when the husbandmen saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir: come, let us kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.
|
|
20:15
|
于是把他丟出葡萄園外去，殺了。這樣，葡萄園主要怎樣辦他們呢？
|
|
|
So they cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do unto them?
|
|
20:16
|
他必來，殺滅這些園工，將葡萄園給別人。他們聽見就說︰「千萬不可阿。」
|
|
|
He shall come and destroy these husbandmen, and shall give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it, they said, God forbid.
|
|
20:17
|
耶穌定睛看了著他們，就說︰「那么經上記著︰『匠人所棄掉的這塊石頭、巳成了房角石的頭一塊』、是什么意思呢？
|
|
|
And he beheld them, and said, What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner?
|
|
20:18
|
凡跌倒在那石頭上的、必被摔碎﹔那石頭倒在誰身上，就必把誰砸爛。」
|
|
|
Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken; but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
|
|
20:19
|
經學士和祭司長們想法子要就在那時候下手想要下手拿耶穌，卻懼怕民眾﹔他們覺得他是指著他們來說這比喻的。
|
|
|
And the chief priests and the scribes the same hour sought to lay hands on him; and they feared the people: for they perceived that he had spoken this parable against them.
|
|
20:20
|
于是直窺探著，差遣偵察，自己裝做好人，要在他的話語上找得把柄，好拿他送交在統治官的管理和權炳之下。
|
|
|
And they watched him, and sent forth spies, which should feign themselves just men, that they might take hold of his words, that so they might deliver him unto the power and authority of the governor.
|
|
20:21
|
就詰問他說︰「先生，我們曉得、你都說得對，教訓得對﹔你不取外貌，你只憑真誠教授上帝的道路。
|
|
|
And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, neither acceptest thou the person of any, but teachest the way of God truly:
|
|
20:22
|
我們納貢銀給該撒可以不可以？」
|
|
|
Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Caesar, or no?
|
|
20:23
|
耶穌察看出他們的狡猾來，就對他們說︰
|
|
|
But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them, Why tempt ye me?
|
|
20:24
|
「把個『一日工錢』幣（希臘文作『第那流）﹔羅馬銀幣』指給我看﹔這錢幣有誰的像和標號？」他們說︰「有該撒的。」
|
|
|
Shew me a penny. Whose image and superscription hath it? They answered and said, Caesar's.
|
|
20:25
|
耶穌就對他們說︰「那就把該撒的東西納給該撒﹔把上帝的東西納給上帝吧。」
|
|
|
And he said unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which be Caesar's, and unto God the things which be God's.
|
|
20:26
|
當著民眾面前、他們不能在耶穌的話語上抓得把柄，就閉口不言，希奇他所回答的。
|
|
|
And they could not take hold of his words before the people: and they marvelled at his answer, and held their peace.
|
|
20:27
|
那說沒有復活的撒都該人、有几個上前來詰問耶穌
|
|
|
Then came to him certain of the Sadducees, which deny that there is any resurrection; and they asked him,
|
|
20:28
|
說︰「先生，摩西曾對我們寫著說︰「一個人的哥哥若死了，留有妻子，這哥哥又是沒有孩子的，他弟弟該娶他的妻子，為他哥哥樹立后裔。』好，
|
|
|
Saying, Master, Moses wrote unto us, If any man's brother die, having a wife, and he die without children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
|
|
20:29
|
這里曾有弟兄七人﹔第一個娶了妻，死了，沒有孩子﹔
|
|
|
There were therefore seven brethren: and the first took a wife, and died without children.
|
|
20:30
|
第二個、第三個也都娶了她﹔
|
|
|
And the second took her to wife, and he died childless.
|
|
20:31
|
甚至于那七個都這樣，沒有留下孩子就死了。
|
|
|
And the third took her; and in like manner the seven also: and they left no children, and died.
|
|
20:32
|
后來那婦人也死了。
|
|
|
Last of all the woman died also.
|
|
20:33
|
這樣，在復活生活中，她成了他們哪一個的妻了呢？七個人都娶過她為妻子呀！」
|
|
|
Therefore in the resurrection whose wife of them is she? for seven had her to wife.
|
|
20:34
|
耶穌對他們說︰「今世之子有娶有嫁﹔
|
|
|
And Jesus answering said unto them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage:
|
|
20:35
|
但那算為配得『他世』的、配得起從死人中起來之復活的、也不娶也不嫁。
|
|
|
But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage:
|
|
20:36
|
他們也不能再死﹔乃是和天使一樣﹔既是復活了的人，就是上帝的兒子了。
|
|
|
Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
|
|
20:37
|
至于死人之活起來，連摩西在刺叢篇上指點明白了﹔他怎樣稱主為亞伯拉罕的上帝、以撒的上帝、雅各的上帝。
|
|
|
Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.
|
|
20:38
|
上帝并不是死人的上帝，乃是活人的上帝呀，因為在他看、他們都是活著的。」
|
|
|
For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him.
|
|
20:39
|
有几個經學士應時就說︰「先生，你說得好。」
|
|
|
Then certain of the scribes answering said, Master, thou hast well said.
|
|
20:40
|
他們再也不敢詰問他什么事了。
|
|
|
And after that they durst not ask him any question at all.
|
|
20:41
|
但耶穌卻問他們說︰「人怎么說上帝所膏立者是大衛的子孫呢？
|
|
|
And he said unto them, How say they that Christ is David's son?
|
|
20:42
|
大衛在詩篇書上親自說︰『主對我主說了︰你坐在我右邊，
|
|
|
And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
|
|
20:43
|
等我處置你仇敵做你腳的凳子。』
|
|
|
Till I make thine enemies thy footstool.
|
|
20:44
|
這樣，大衛既稱他為主，他怎么又是大衛的子孫呢？」
|
|
|
David therefore calleth him Lord, how is he then his son?
|
|
20:45
|
眾民正聽的時候，耶穌就對他們的門徒說︰
|
|
|
Then in the audience of all the people he said unto his disciples,
|
|
20:46
|
「你們要注意提防經學士﹔他們好穿袍子走來走去，喜愛市場上的請安、會堂里的首位、和筵席上的首座。
|
|
|
Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in long robes, and love greetings in the markets, and the highest seats in the synagogues, and the chief rooms at feasts;
|
|
20:47
|
他們吞吃了寡婦的家產，還作長禱告來掩飾﹔這種人必受更重的處刑。」
|
|
|
Which devour widows' houses, and for a shew make long prayers: the same shall receive greater damnation.
|
