基督耶穌的囚犯保羅、和兄弟提摩太、寫信給我們的親愛者和同工腓利門，

Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ, and Timothy our brother, unto Philemon our dearly beloved, and fellowlabourer,
|
|

|
給姊妹亞腓亞、和跟我們一同當兵的亞基布、和聚集在你家的教會（或譯︰會眾）。
|
|
|
And to our beloved Apphia, and Archippus our fellowsoldier, and to the church in thy house:
|
|

|
愿你們由上帝我們的父和主耶穌基督、蒙恩平安。
|
|
|
Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
|

|
我禱告的時候提到你、就時常感謝我的上帝，
|
|
|
I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers,
|
|

|
因為聽見你向主耶穌并對眾聖徒所有的愛心和忠信。
|
|
|
Hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints;
|
|

|
我愿你參于信心的團契能有效力，得以讓人認識我們信徒中歸基督的各樣善事。
|
|
|
That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.
|
|

|
弟兄阿，我因了你的愛、得了很大的喜樂和鼓勵，因為聖徒的心腸藉著你而得了暢快。
|
|
|
For we have great joy and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother.
|
|

|
所以我在基督里雖有膽量能把合宜作的事吩咐你，
|
|
|
Wherefore, though I might be much bold in Christ to enjoin thee that which is convenient,
|
|
1:9
|
然而為了愛心的緣故、我寧可求，我、像我這上了年紀的（或譯︰我這做大使的）保羅、如今又做了基督耶穌囚犯的、
|
|
|
Yet for love's sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ.

|
我為我孩子、我在受捆鎖之中所生的有益（希臘文音譯︰阿尼西母）。
|
|
|
I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds:
|
|
1:11
|
從前于你沒有用處、而如今于你于我都有用處的、求你。
|
|
|
Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me:
|
|
1:12
|
我把他本人──他簡直是我的心腸──送回歸你。
|
|
|
Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels:
|
|
1:13
|
我本來有意思要將他留在身邊，讓他在我為福音受捆鎖時替你服事我。
|
|
|
Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel:
|
|
1:14
|
但是沒有你的意見、我不愿意作什么，好讓你的親切關照、不是出于勉強，乃是出于甘心。
|
|
|
But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.
|
|
1:15
|
他暫時和你分離，或者是要讓你永遠收著他︰
|
|
|
For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever;
|
|
1:16
|
不再是做奴仆，乃是高于奴仆的，是親愛的弟兄﹔于我呢、他特別是，于你呢、不但以常人論、而且以屬主而論、不更是么？
|
|
|
Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord?

|
所以你既拿我做契友，就請收納他，如同收納我。
|
|
|
If thou count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself.
|
|
1:18
|
他若冤你，或欠你什么，都算為欠我的。
|
|
|
If he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought, put that on mine account;
|
|
1:19
|
我保羅，我親手寫的︰我必付還。至于你虧欠我的、甚至是你自己，那我就不對你說了！
|
|
|
I Paul have written it with mine own hand, I will repay it: albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine own self besides.
|
|

|
是的，弟兄阿，讓我在主里得你的『助益』（或譯︰此字讀音與『阿尼西母』一詞讀音相似。保羅故作戲語﹔參第十節譯文及旁 ）吧！讓我的心腸在基督里得暢快吧！
|
|
|
Yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the Lord: refresh my bowels in the Lord.
|

|
我深信你必聽從，才寫信給你，知道你所要行的、必過于我所說的。
|
|
|
Having confidence in thy obedience I wrote unto thee, knowing that thou wilt also do more than I say.
|
|
1:22
|
同時呢、還請給我豫備客房﹔因為我盼望、藉著你們的禱告、主可以將我賜給你們。
|
|
|
But withal prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.
|
|
1:23
|
在基督耶穌里跟我一同坐監的以巴弗，
|
|
|
There salute thee Epaphras, my fellowprisoner in Christ Jesus;
|
|
1:24
|
我的同工們，馬可、亞里達古、底馬、路加、都給你問安。
|
|
|
Marcus, Aristarchus, Demas, Lucas, my fellowlabourers.
|
|
1:25
|
愿主耶穌基督的恩、與你們的靈同在！
|
|
|
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.
