3:1
|
有禍阿，這叛逆的城、被血污染、欺負人的城阿！
|
|
|
Woe to her that is filthy and polluted, to the oppressing city!
|
|
3:2
|
她不聽主的聲音，不接受管教﹔她不倚靠永恆主，不親近她的上帝。
|
|
|
She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the LORD; she drew not near to her God.
|
|
3:3
|
她中間的首領是吼叫的獅子﹔她的審判官是晚上的豺狼，一點啃骨肉也不留到早晨。
|
|
|
Her princes within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones till the morrow.
|
|
3:4
|
她的神言人是鹵莽詭詐的人﹔她的祭司褻瀆聖的所在，對禮節規矩橫加糟蹋。
|
|
|
Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.
|
|
3:5
|
永恆主滿有公義在她中間﹔他不作非義之事﹔他天天早晨顯出他的公平，其光并無不繼﹔但不義的人卻不知羞恥。
|
|
|
The just LORD is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame.
|
|
3:6
|
「我剪滅了列國﹔他們的城角樓荒涼﹔我使他們的街道荒廢，全無經過的人﹔他們的城市被毀壞，沒有一人，沒有居民。
|
|
|
I have cut off the nations: their towers are desolate; I made their streets waste, that none passeth by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant.
|
|
3:7
|
我心里想著說︰她一定會敬畏我，會接受管教﹔對我所發給她的一切命令一定會目不轉睛而注視的（傳統︰她的居所是一定不會被割斷的），哪知他們卻變本加厲使他們一切行為都腐化呢！」
|
|
|
I said, Surely thou wilt fear me, thou wilt receive instruction; so their dwelling should not be cut off, howsoever I punished them: but they rose early, and corrupted all their doings.
|
|
3:8
|
永恆主發神諭說︰「由此看來，你們要等候著我，等有一天我起來作証（傳統︰起來掠奪）。因為我已決定聚集列邦，招聚列國，將我的盛怒、我猛烈的怒氣、都倒在他們身上﹔因為在我的妒憤中全地都必被燒滅。

|
Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
|
|
3:9
|
「因為那時我必改變萬族之民，使他們有清潔的口，他們都呼求耶和華的名，并肩來事奉他。
|
|
|
For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.
|
|
3:10
|
從古實河外那些懇求我的、我那被分散的子民、必帶供物來獻與我。
|
|
|
From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
|
|
3:11
|
「當那日、你必不因你的任何行為、就是你背叛了我而行的、而感到慚愧﹔因為那時我必從你中間除掉你那耀武揚威的驕傲者，而在我聖山上你必不再昂然高傲。
|
|
|
In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee them that rejoice in thy pride, and thou shalt no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.
|
|
3:12
|
我卻要在你中間留下困苦貧寒的人民﹔他們必避難于我耶和華名內﹔
|
|
|
I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.
|
|
3:13
|
以色列所剩下的人、必不行非義之事，不說謊言﹔他們口中必不見有詭詐的舌頭﹔因為他們必得吃草、必得躺臥，也沒有人驚嚇他們。」
|
|
|
The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
|
|
3:14
|
錫安的子民哪，歡呼哦！以色列阿，吶喊哦！耶路撒冷的子民哪，滿心歡喜快樂哦！
|
|
|
Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
|
|
3:15
|
永恆主已除掉那些判罰你、已掃除你的仇敵。永恆主在你中間、作以色列的王（傳統︰以色列的王永恆主在你中間），你必不再懼怕（有古卷作︰見）災禍。
|
|
|
The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.
|
|
3:16
|
當那日、必有話向耶路撒冷說︰「錫安哪，不要懼怕！你的手不要軟下去！
|
|
|
In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.
|
|
3:17
|
永恆主你的上帝在你中間是行拯救的勇士﹔而他必因你而高興歡喜，使你日新于他愛中（傳統︰他必靜默無聲于他愛中），還要因你而踴躍歡呼，
|
|
|
The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
|
|
3:18
|
像在制定節期的日子一樣（傳統意難確定。參何12︰9）。我必撿起災禍、使它離開你﹔我必舉起羞辱、使它離開你（經文有殘缺，意難確定）。
|
|
|
I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.
|
|
3:19
|
看吧，那時我必懲辦一切苦待你的人﹔我必拯救那瘸著走路的，招聚那被趕散的﹔在羞愧中的我必使他們在全地上得稱贊、有名聲。
|
|
|
Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.
|
|
3:20
|
那時我必將你們帶來，那時我必招聚你們﹔因為我在你們眼前恢復你們的故業時我必使你們在地上萬族之民中有名聲、得稱贊」︰這是永恆主說的。
|
|
|
At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.
