|
他們到了海那邊，到格拉森人的地區。
|
|
|
And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.
|
|
5:2
|
耶穌一從船上出來，就有一個在污靈控制中的人從墳墓里出來，迎著他來著。
|
|
|
And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
|
|
5:3
|
那個人把塋墓中間當做住所﹔再沒有人能捆住他，就是用鎖才也不能﹔
|
|
|
Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
|
|
5:4
|
因為他屢次被腳鐐和鎖才捆住，鎖才竟被他折斷了，腳鐐也弄碎了﹔總沒有人能使他馴服。
|
|
|
Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him.
|
|
5:5
|
黑夜白日、他時常在塋墓中山中喊叫，用石頭割傷自己。
|
|
|
And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
|
|
5:6
|
他從遠處看見耶穌，就跑來拜他，
|
|
|
But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
|
|
5:7
|
大聲喊著說︰「至高上帝的兒子耶穌，我與你何干？我指著上帝誓求你，不要使我受苦痛哦。」
|
|
|
And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
|
|
5:8
|
因為耶穌曾對他說過︰「污靈，從這人身上出來！」
|
|
|
For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.
|
|
5:9
|
耶穌問他說︰「你名叫什么？」他對他說︰「我名叫『軍團』，因為我們眾多。」
|
|
|
And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.
|
|
5:10
|
就再三求耶穌不要遣送他們離開那地區。
|
|
|
And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country.
|
|
5:11
|
在那里山坡上、有一大群豬正在才著。
|
|
|
Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.
|
|
5:12
|
污靈求耶穌說︰「打發我們到豬里面去吧，好讓我們進入它們里面。」
|
|
|
And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.
|
|
5:13
|
耶穌准了他們，污靈就出來，進入豬里面﹔那一群闖下山崖，到海里去，約有二千，都溺死在海里了。
|
|
|
And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.
|
|
5:14
|
才豬的逃跑了，在城里在鄉下傳報開了。他們就來，要看所發生的是什么事。
|
|
|
And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done.
|
|
5:15
|
來到耶穌那里，見那被鬼附過的、那有過『軍團』鬼附著的、坐在那里，穿著衣裳，神志清明，就害怕。
|
|
|
And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.
|
|
5:16
|
看見的人將那被鬼附者所遭遇的怎樣、以及豬的事、都對他們敘說了。
|
|
|
And they that saw it told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and also concerning the swine.
|
|
5:17
|
他們就求耶穌離開他們的境界。
|
|
|
And they began to pray him to depart out of their coasts.
|
|
5:18
|
耶穌上船的時侯，那被鬼附過的人求耶穌讓他跟隨著他。
|
|
|
And when he was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil prayed him that he might be with him.
|
|
5:19
|
耶穌不許他，卻對他說︰「往你家去，到你親屬那里，將主為你所作多么大的事、并怎樣地憐恤你、都傳報他們。」
|
|
|
Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.
|
|
5:20
|
那人起身去，就在十邑區（音譯︰低加坡里）宣傳耶穌為他作了多么大的事﹔眾人都希奇。
|
|
|
And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men did marvel.
|
|
5:21
|
耶穌又坐船渡到那邊，有一大群人聚集圍他﹔他在海邊上。
|
|
|
And when Jesus was passed over again by ship unto the other side, much people gathered unto him: and he was nigh unto the sea.
|
|
5:22
|
有一個會堂管事、名叫睚魯、來了﹔看見耶穌，就俯伏在他腳前，
|
|
|
And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet,
|
|
5:23
|
再三求他說︰「我的小女兒快要死了﹔求你來，給她按手，使她得救治，可以活著。」
|
|
|
And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.
|
|
5:24
|
耶穌就起身和他一同去﹔有一大群人跟著他，擁擠他。
|
|
|
And Jesus went with him; and much people followed him, and thronged him.
|
|
5:25
|
有一個女人患血漏病有十二年了﹔
|
|
|
And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,
|
|
5:26
|
她在好些醫生手下受了許多苦，耗費了她身邊所有的一切，得不到一點益處，反而更壞。
|
|
|
And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,
|
|
5:27
|
她聽見耶穌的事，就在群眾中來到背后，摸了耶穌的衣裳﹔
|
|
|
When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
|
|
5:28
|
因為她心里說︰「我如果摸，就使只摸得著他的衣裳，也是會得救治。」
|
|
|
For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
|
|
5:29
|
她的血源立刻乾了﹔她身上便覺她已得醫治、沒有災病了。
|
|
|
And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
|
|
5:30
|
耶穌心里即刻覺得有能力從自己身上發出，就在群眾中轉過身來說︰「誰摸了我的衣裳？」
|
|
|
And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?
|
|
5:31
|
門徒對他說︰「你看群眾擁擠著你，你還說『誰摸了我』么？」
|
|
|
And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
|
|
5:32
|
耶穌周圍一看，要看作這事的女人。
|
|
|
And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.
|
|
5:33
|
那女人知道在自己身上所成的事，就懼怕戰兢地上前來，拜倒在耶穌跟前，將一切實情都告訴他。
|
|
|
But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.
|
|
5:34
|
耶穌就對女人說︰「女兒，你的信救治了你了﹔安心去吧！愿你得康健、脫離你的災病！」
|
|
|
And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.
|
|
5:35
|
耶穌還說著話的時候，有人從會堂管事那里來，說︰「你女兒死掉了﹔為什么還麻煩先生呢？」
|
|
|
While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue's house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further?
|
|
5:36
|
耶穌從旁邊聽見所說的話，就對會堂管事說︰「別怕了，只要信。」
|
|
|
As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.
|
|
5:37
|
他不許任何人跟隨著他，只許彼得雅各和雅各的兄弟約翰。
|
|
|
And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and James, and John the brother of James.
|
|
5:38
|
他們來到會堂管事家里，耶穌看了嚷亂嘈嗷和許多哭泣號慟，
|
|
|
And he cometh to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and seeth the tumult, and them that wept and wailed greatly.
|
|
5:39
|
就進去，對他們說︰「你們為什么嚷亂嘈嗷哭泣呢？小孩子并沒死掉，只是睡著。」
|
|
|
And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.
|
|
5:40
|
他們直嗤笑耶穌。耶穌催趕了眾人都出來，就帶著小孩子的父親母親、和跟他同來的人、進了小孩子所在的地方﹔
|
|
|
And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
|
|
5:41
|
握住小孩子的手，對她說︰「大利大，古米！」才譯出來就是說︰「閨女，（此處原有︰我對你說）起來！」﹞
|
|
|
And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.
|
|
5:42
|
閨女立刻起來，并且走路﹔他有十二歲了。他們就大大的驚奇。
|
|
|
And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.
|
|
5:43
|
耶穌再三地叮囑他們、不要叫人知道這事﹔又吩咐要給她東西吃。
|
|
|
And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat.
|
