15:1
|
我們有能力的人呢、應該擔代沒有能力之人的脆弱顧忌，不應該逕求自己所喜歡的。
|
|
|
We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
|
|
15:2
|
我們各人都要求鄰舍所喜歡的、使他得益處、以得建立。
|
|
|
Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.
|
|
15:3
|
因為基督也不求自己所喜歡的﹔倒像經上所記︰「那些辱罵你之人的辱罵、都落在我身上了！」
|
|
|
For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.
|
|
15:4
|
凡從前所寫的經，都是要讓我們受教訓而寫的，使我們由于堅忍、由于經上的鼓勵、能持守著盼望。
|
|
|
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
|
|
15:5
|
但愿賜堅忍和鼓勵的上帝、賜給你們彼此間同樣意念、依照著基督耶穌的榜樣、
|
|
|
Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:
|
|
15:6
|
使你們同心合意用一致的口、榮耀上帝、我們主耶穌基督的父。
|
|
|
That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
|
|
15:7
|
所以你們要彼此接納，如同基督接納了我們一樣、以彰顯上帝的榮耀。
|
|
|
Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
|
|
15:8
|
我說、基督為要顯明上帝的真誠，就做了受割禮之猶太人的仆役，要証實對列祖所發的應許，
|
|
|
Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:
|
|
15:9
|
也要使外國人因上帝的憐憫來榮耀上帝，如經上所記︰「故此我要在外國中頌揚你，歌頌你的名。」
|
|
|
And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.
|
|
15:10
|
經上又說︰「外國人哪，和主的子民同歡躍哦！」
|
|
|
And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.
|
|
15:11
|
又說︰「眾外國阿，你們要贊頌主﹔萬族之民哪，你們要稱贊他。」
|
|
|
And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people.
|
|
15:12
|
又有以賽亞說︰「將來必有耶西的根，那興起來要治理外國的﹔外國必將盼望釘住于他。」
|
|
|
And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.
|
|
15:13
|
愿使人有盼望的上帝，因你們的相信，將全備的喜樂和平安充滿你們，使你們本著聖靈的能力、充滿溢地有盼望。
|
|
|
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
|
|
15:14
|
弟兄們，我本人對你們、倒深信你們自己是滿有良善、充滿各樣知識、又能彼此勸戒的。
|
|
|
And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.
|
|
15:15
|
但有些地方、我大膽地給你們寫信、做提醒你們的資料、是因從上帝那里所賜給我的恩，
|
|
|
Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me of God,
|
|
15:16
|
使我向外國人做基督耶穌的仆役，做上帝福音的祭司，使外國人之受供獻成為可蒙悅納、在聖靈里分別為聖的。
|
|
|
That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.
|
|
15:17
|
所以關于上帝的事、我在基督耶穌里倒有可夸處。
|
|
|
I have therefore whereof I may glory through Jesus Christ in those things which pertain to God.
|
|
15:18
|
因為別的我都不敢說，只說基督藉著我所作成的事︰就是他怎樣將言語和行為、
|
|
|
For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,
|
|
15:19
|
用神跡的能力、即奇事的能力、用聖靈的能力、得到外國人的聽從。故此我才能從耶路撒冷轉灣到以利里古、把基督的福音都傳遍了。
|
|
|
Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round about unto Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.
|
|
15:20
|
我是這樣、不在基督的名被稱過的地方傳福音，免得建造在別人的根基上﹔
|
|
|
Yea, so have I strived to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation:
|
|
15:21
|
卻是像經上所記的︰「沒有得傳告關于他的事的、必看見﹔沒有聽見過的、必曉悟。」
|
|
|
But as it is written, To whom he was not spoken of, they shall see: and they that have not heard shall understand.
|
|
15:22
|
因此許多次我總被截斷了去路、不能到你們那里去。
|
|
|
For which cause also I have been much hindered from coming to you.
|
|
15:23
|
如今呢、在這些地帶、再沒有可傳之余地了﹔又好几年以來、我就有渴慕之心、想要在往西班牙去的時候到你們那里去。
|
|
|
But now having no more place in these parts, and having a great desire these many years to come unto you;
|
|
15:24
|
我是盼望從你們那里經過時得見你們，先同你們交往，心里稍得滿足，然后蒙你們送行到那里去。
|
|
|
Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company.
|
|
15:25
|
不過如今我先要往耶路撒冷去、供應聖徒的需要。
|
|
|
But now I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints.
|
|
15:26
|
因為馬其頓和亞該亞樂意湊集一筆團契捐，給在耶路撒冷聖徒中的窮人。
|
|
|
For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem.
|
|
15:27
|
他們真是樂意，其實也是欠他們債的。因為你們外國人若在他們猶太人屬靈的事上有分兒，就應該（與『欠債』一詞同字源）在屬肉身的事上供奉他們。
|
|
|
It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.
|
|
15:28
|
所以我辦完了這事，把這奉獻的果子蓋印封好了、交付他們以后，就要經過你們那里、往西班牙去。
|
|
|
When therefore I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain.
|
|
15:29
|
我也知道我找你們去的時候、必帶著基督丰盛之祝福而去的。
|
|
|
And I am sure that, when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.
|
|
15:30
|
弟兄們，我憑著我們的主耶穌基督、又憑著聖靈所感動的愛、勸你們在替我向上帝禱告的事上、和我一同奮斗、
|
|
|
Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;
|
|
15:31
|
使我得救援、脫離猶太地不信的人，使我供應耶路撒冷的事、在聖徒面前、可蒙悅納﹔
|
|
|
That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judaea; and that my service which I have for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints;
|
|
15:32
|
并使我、憑著上帝的旨意、歡歡喜喜到你們那里，同你們交往而得休息。
|
|
|
That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.
|
|
15:33
|
愿賜平安的上帝與你們眾人同在！阿們。（即︰『誠心所愿』的意思。按有古卷有羅16︰25－27）
|
|
|
Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
