2:1

我要站在我的守望所上，站岡在我的堡壘上，了望觀看永恆主（希伯來文︰他）要對我說什么話，看他（傳統︰我）要怎樣答覆我的訴冤。
|
|
|
I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
|
|
2:2
|
永恆主回答我說︰將異象寫下來，使它清清楚楚在版上，讓讀的人雖快跑也讀得來。
|
|
|
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
|
|
2:3
|
因為異象還在等候它的定期﹔它向著結局喘吁吁地急進，必不令人失望。就使它耽延，你還要等候﹔因為它一定臨到，必不遲延。」
|
|
|
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
|
|
2:4
|
看哪，其心中不正的必自吹自大（經文殘缺，意難確定），惟獨義人卻必因其忠信而活著。
|
|
|
Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
|
|
2:5
|
（經文殘缺，意難確定）還有呢、那詭詐的有禍阿（『有禍阿』傳統作『酒』）！那倨傲的人、他必不得安居︰他擴大其所欲像陰間，他好像死亡永不滿足﹔聚集列國人都歸自己，收拾萬族之民到他那里。」
|

|
Yea also, because he transgresseth by wine, he is a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathereth unto him all nations, and heapeth unto him all people:

2:6
|
這些國的人豈不都要唱起象徵歌和諷刺謎語來嘲弄他說︰「那增加不屬自己之利息物的、有禍阿！──要到几時呢？──那多多取人的當頭以肥己的、有禍阿！」
|
|
|
Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting proverb against him, and say, Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? and to him that ladeth himself with thick clay!
|
|
2:7
|
那被你索取利息的（或譯︰那些咬你的）、豈不忽然起來？那要大大攪動你的、豈不醒起？那你就做他們的擄物了！
|
|
|
Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite thee, and awake that shall vex thee, and thou shalt be for booties unto them?
|
|
2:8
|
因你搶奪了許多國的財物，列族之民剩下的人、也都必搶奪你﹔因為你殺了人而流其血，又向國內、向都市和其中一切居民行了強暴、的緣故。
|
|
|
Because thou hast spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil thee; because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
|
|
2:9
|
為自己的家積蓄著不義的臭錢，去在高處搭窩，指望著安穩、免受災禍（與上譯作『臭』字的同字）之掌握的、有禍阿！
|
|
|
Woe to him that coveteth an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!
|
|
2:10
|
你剪除掉許多外族之民，圖謀使你的家蒙羞，而賠上自己的性命。
|
|
|
Thou hast consulted shame to thy house by cutting off many people, and hast sinned against thy soul.
|
|
2:11
|
牆里的石頭必哀呼，木寮中的椽子必應聲的。
|
|
|
For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it.
|
|
2:12
|
以人血建城、以罪孽立都市的、有禍阿！
|
|
|
Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood, and stablisheth a city by iniquity!
|
|
2:13
|
看哪，萬族之民只為了給火焚燒而勞碌，列國之民只為了虛空而疲乏，不都是出于萬軍之永恆主么？
|
|
|
Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts that the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?
|
|
2:14
|
因為人對永恆主的榮耀之認識必充滿了大地，如同水彌漫著洋海一般。
|
|
|
For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
|
|
2:15
|
給人酒喝，攙上其（傳統︰你的）毒，使他們也喝醉，好看他們的下體的、有禍阿！
|
|
|
Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness!
|
|
2:16
|
你飽受羞辱、不得榮耀。你、也喝吧，好天旋地轉地醉（傳統︰以顯為沒受割禮的）！永恆主右手的杯必轉到你那里，你的榮耀就變為極羞辱了！
|
|
|
Thou art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the LORD's right hand shall be turned unto thee, and shameful spewing shall be on thy glory.
|
|
2:17
|
你向利巴嫩行的強暴必淹沒你，野獸之毀滅必驚嚇你（傳統︰它們）﹔因為你殺了人而流其血，又向國內、向都市和其中一切居民行了強暴、的緣故。
|
|
|
For the violence of Lebanon shall cover thee, and the spoil of beasts, which made them afraid, because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
|
|
2:18
|
雕刻的偶像、塑造它的將它刻成、有什么益處？鑄造的偶像、虛假的導師、塑造它的將它塑成、造座啞巴神像去倚靠它、有什么益處？
|
|
|
What profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to make dumb idols?
|
|
2:19
|
那對木偶說『醒起！』、對啞巴石像說『奮起！』的有禍阿！嘿，這能做導師！看哪，這只是包裹金銀的，其中毫無氣息（或譯︰靈氣）！
|
|
|
Woe unto him that saith to the wood, Awake; to the dumb stone, Arise, it shall teach! Behold, it is laid over with gold and silver, and there is no breath at all in the midst of it.
|
|
2:20
|
惟獨永恆主在他的聖殿堂，全地在他面前都要屏息肅靜。
|
|
|
But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.
