6:1

「來吧，我們回歸于永恆主吧，因為他撕裂，他也必醫治我們﹔他擊傷，他也必給我們綁扎。

|
Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
|
|
6:2
|
兩三天后他必使我們復元，使我們起來，好在他面前活著。
|
|
|
After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
|
|
6:3
|
我們來認識永恆主，竭力追求認識他﹔他出來、像晨曦之必現﹔他必臨到我們像霖雨，像春雨滋潤著大地。」
|
|
|
Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

6:4
|
以法蓮哪，我可怎樣評斷你呢？猶大阿，我可怎樣評定呢？你們的堅貞就如早晨的云霧，又如早散的朝露。
|
|
|
O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away.
|
|
6:5
|
因此我藉著神言人砍伐他們，我用口中說的話殺戮他們，我（傳統︰你）的判罰如光發出。
|
|
|
Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth.
|
|
6:6
|
因為我喜悅堅貞，不喜悅祭祀﹔我喜悅人認識上帝，勝于人獻全燔祭。
|
|
|
For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.
|
|
6:7
|
然而他們卻在亞當渡（傳統︰『像亞當』或『像常人』）越犯了盟約，在那里以詭詐待我。
|
|
|
But they like men have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.
|
|
6:8
|
基列是作孽之人的都市，有摔倒人的腳跟滿印著血跡。
|
|
|
Gilead is a city of them that work iniquity, and is polluted with blood.
|
|
6:9
|
祭司的徒黨像強盜群埋伏等候著人﹔在路上殺戮示劍的人（以上三行意難確定），行了罪大惡極的事。
|
|
|
And as troops of robbers wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way by consent: for they commit lewdness.
|

6:10
|
在伯特利（傳統︰在以色列家）我見了可怕的事﹔在那里以法蓮有淫行，以色列被玷污。
|
|
|
I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled.
|
|
6:11
|
猶大阿，給你也必有一定的收場阿。我恢復我人民之故業時，
|
|
|
Also, O Judah, he hath set an harvest for thee, when I returned the captivity of my people.
