24:1
|
看吧，永恆主將大地弄空，使它變為荒蕪﹔他必扭歪地的面貌，使它的居民四散。
|
|
|
Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.
|
|
24:2
|
那時人民怎樣，祭司也怎樣﹔仆人怎樣，主人也必怎樣﹔婢女怎樣，主母也必怎樣﹔買物的怎樣，賣物的也必怎樣﹔借給人的怎樣，向人借的之也必怎樣﹔放債的怎樣，借債的也必怎樣。

And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him.
|

24:3
|
大地必被弄到空空，世界必被掠劫到掠劫淨盡︰因為這話是永恆主說的。
|
|
|
The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken this word.
|
|
24:4
|
大地悲哀凋殘，世界衰敗凋殘，高天與大地一同（傳統︰地上居高位的人）衰敗。
|
|
|
The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.
|
|
24:5
|
大地在它居民之下被沾污，因為他們越犯了律法，違背了律例，違犯了永遠的約。
|
|
|
The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
|
|
24:6
|
因此大地被咒詛所吞滅，上頭的居民擔受了罪罰﹔因此地上的居民被燒焦，剩下的人很少。
|
|
|
Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
|
|
24:7
|
新酒悲哀，葡萄樹衰殘，心中歡樂的盡都嘆息。
|
|
|
The new wine mourneth, the vine languisheth, all the merryhearted do sigh.
|
|
24:8
|
擊鼓之樂止息，歡躍之喧鬧停止，彈琴之樂止息。
|
|
|
The mirth of tabrets ceaseth, the noise of them that rejoice endeth, the joy of the harp ceaseth.
|
|
24:9
|
他們不得再又唱歌又喝酒了﹔喝濃酒的必覺得苦了。
|
|
|
They shall not drink wine with a song; strong drink shall be bitter to them that drink it.
|
|
24:10
|
混混亂亂的都市破敗了﹔各家關門閉戶，使人不得進去。
|
|
|
The city of confusion is broken down: every house is shut up, that no man may come in.
|
|
24:11
|
街上因無酒而有呼喊之聲﹔一切喜樂都已過去（傳統︰日暮）﹔地上的娛樂盡都擄掠。
|
|
|
There is a crying for wine in the streets; all joy is darkened, the mirth of the land is gone.
|
|
24:12
|
城中剩下的只是荒涼，城門被撞得七零八落。
|
|
|
In the city is left desolation, and the gate is smitten with destruction.
|
|
24:13
|
因為大地之間萬族之民中必像已打（或譯︰搖）過的橄欖樹，已割取完了的葡萄樹，剩下的寥寥無几。
|
|
|
When thus it shall be in the midst of the land among the people, there shall be as the shaking of an olive tree, and as the gleaning grapes when the vintage is done.
|
|
24:14
|
這些人必揚聲歡呼﹔為了永恆主的威嚴他們必從西海邊發尖銳聲。
|
|
|
They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of the LORD, they shall cry aloud from the sea.
|
|
24:15
|
故此他們必在日頭發光那邊歡躍，在大海沿岸帶榮耀永恆主，以色列之上帝耶和華永恆主的名。
|
|
|
Wherefore glorify ye the LORD in the fires, even the name of the LORD God of Israel in the isles of the sea.
|
|
24:16
|
我們聽見從地角有頌詩唱著︰『華美歸于義者』。然而我不能說︰「我消瘦了！我消瘦了！我有禍了！詭詐的行著詭詐，詭詐，詭詐的大行詭詐。」
|
|
|
From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs, even glory to the righteous. But I said, My leanness, my leanness, woe unto me! the treacherous dealers have dealt treacherously; yea, the treacherous dealers have dealt very treacherously.
|
|
24:17
|
地上的居民哪，恐怖、陷坑、機檻、都臨到你身上了！
|
|
|
Fear, and the pit, and the snare, are upon thee, O inhabitant of the earth.
|
|
24:18
|
將來那躲避恐怖聲的、必墜入陷坑﹔那從陷坑中上來的、必被機檻纏住﹔因為高天的罅隙都開了，地的根基也震動了。
|
|
|
And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.
|
|
24:19
|
地全然被打破，盡都崩裂，大大震顫。
|
|
|
The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.
|
|
24:20
|
地東倒西歪、像醉酒的人，搖來搖去、好像吊床﹔它的罪過沉重在它上頭，它塌陷下去，不能再起。
|
|
|
The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
|
|
24:21
|
當那日子永恆主必察罰高天上的高天軍，察罰下地上的地上列王。
|
|
|
And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.
|
|
24:22
|
他們必被聚集，像俘虜被聚集于坑中，被監禁于監牢里﹔過了許多日子就被察罰。
|
|
|
And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.
|
|
24:23
|
那時月亮必蒙羞，烈日必慚愧﹔因為萬軍之永恆主必作王，在錫安山、在耶路撒冷、掌權，在敬畏他、的長老面前大有榮耀。
|
|
|
Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his ancients gloriously.
