你這女子中極美麗的阿，你的愛人往哪里去了？你的愛人轉向哪里去了，我們好跟你去尋找他呀？

Whither is thy beloved gone, O thou fairest among women? whither is thy beloved turned aside? that we may seek him with thee.

我的愛人下自己的園中，到香花苗床那里，在園中放羊，采摘百合花。

My beloved is gone down into his garden, to the beds of spices, to feed in the gardens, and to gather lilies.

我的愛人屬于我，我也屬于我愛人，那在百合花中放羊的。

I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine: he feedeth among the lilies.

我的愛侶阿，你美麗如得撒，秀美如耶路撒冷，有威可畏，如旌旗林立的軍隊。

Thou art beautiful, O my love, as Tirzah, comely as Jerusalem, terrible as an army with banners.

掉轉眼別看我哦！因為你的眼使我慌亂。你的頭發如同山羊群從基列下來。

Turn away thine eyes from me, for they have overcome me: thy hair is as a flock of goats that appear from Gilead.

你的牙齒如一群母羊，洗淨上來，個個都養雙生，沒有一只喪掉子的。

Thy teeth are as a flock of sheep which go up from the washing, whereof every one beareth twins, and there is not one barren among them.

你的兩太陽在帕子后面如同一片石榴。

|
|
As a piece of a pomegranate are thy temples within thy locks.

|
王后盡管有六十，妃嬪盡管有八十，童女盡管無數﹔

|
There are threescore queens, and fourscore concubines, and virgins without number.

惟獨我的鴿子，我的十全美人、只有這一個﹔她母親所生的只有這一個﹔她是生養她的所認為極潔白的。眾女子見了，都稱她為有福﹔王后妃嬪見了，也都贊美她。

My dove, my undefiled is but one; she is the only one of her mother, she is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and blessed her; yea, the queens and the concubines, and they praised her.

「那四下里眺望如晨光，皎潔如月亮，燦爛如日頭、有威可畏如旌旗林立之軍隊的、是誰呢？」

Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?

我下核桃園，要看看溪谷中的青蔥嫩綠，要看看葡萄樹發芽了沒有，石榴開花了沒有﹔

|
I went down into the garden of nuts to see the fruits of the valley, and to see whether the vine flourished, and the pomegranates budded.
