69:1
|
上帝阿，拯救我﹔因為大水漲到我脖子上了。
|
|
|
Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.
|
|
69:2
|
我沉陷在深淤泥中，沒有立腳之地。我到了深水中﹔流水漫過我身。
|
|
|
I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
|
|
69:3
|
我因呼求而困乏，喉嚨發干﹔我因等候上帝而眼睛失明。
|
|
|
I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.
|
|
69:4
|
無緣無故恨我的、比我的頭發還多﹔施欺詐與我為仇的、比我的骨頭（傳統：要把我剪除的）強盛﹔我沒有搶奪的、難道我必須償還么？
|
|
|
They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.
|
|
69:5
|
上帝阿，我的愚妄惟獨你知道﹔我的罪過不能向你隱瞞。
|
|
|
O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee.
|
|
69:6
|
萬軍之主永恆主阿，不要使那等候你的因我而失望﹔以色列之上帝阿，不要使那尋求你的因我而狼狽周章。
|
|
|
Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.
|
|
69:7
|
因為是為了你的緣故我坑擔受辱罵，而滿面蒙著羞辱的。
|
|
|
Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.
|
|
69:8
|
我的族弟兄跟我生疏﹔我的同母弟兄拿我當外人。
|
|
|
I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.
|
|
69:9
|
因為這為你的殿之熱心把我燒得急死了﹔而辱罵你的辱罵都落到我身上來了。
|
|
|
For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.
|
|
69:10
|
我以禁食壓制（傳統：哭泣）我心，這倒成了我的羞辱。
|
|
|
When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach.
|
|
69:11
|
我拿麻布當服裝，就成了他們的笑談。
|
|
|
I made sackcloth also my garment; and I became a proverb to them.
|
|
69:12
|
坐城門口的談論我﹔醉酒之徒以我為歌曲。
|
|
|
They that sit in the gate speak against me; and I was the song of the drunkards.
|
|
69:13
|
但我呢、永恆主阿，我的祈禱是向你發的﹔上帝阿，在悅納的時候、求你憑你堅愛之丰盛來應我﹔憑你拯救之可靠
|
|
|
But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.
|
|
69:14
|
援救我出離淤泥，別叫我沉陷下去﹔求你援救我脫離恨我的人和深水。
|
|
|
Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.
|
|
69:15
|
別讓流水漫過我﹔別讓深水吞滅我﹔別讓陰坑在我以上而合口。
|
|
|
Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.
|
|
69:16
|
永恆主阿，求你照（傳統：因為）你堅愛之美好來應我﹔求你按你丰盛的慈悲回轉眷顧我！
|
|
|
Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.
|
|
69:17
|
不要掩面不顧你仆人哦﹔因為我在急難之中，求你趕快應我。
|
|
|
And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily.
|
|
69:18
|
求你走近我來，將我贖回﹔因我仇敵之緣故贖救我。
|
|
|
Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.
|
|
69:19
|
惟獨你知道我受的辱罵、慚愧和侮辱﹔我的敵人都在你面前。
|
|
|
Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.
|
|
69:20
|
辱罵使我的心破碎：我簡直糟透了﹔我希望有人一同悲傷，卻沒有一個﹔希望有人來安慰，卻找不著。
|
|
|
Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.
|
|
69:21
|
他們拿毒草給我做食品﹔我渴了，他們給我醋喝。
|
|
|
They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
|
|
69:22
|
愿他們的筵席在他們面前變為機檻﹔愿他們的平安祭筵變為誘餌。
|
|
|
Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.
|
|
69:23
|
愿他們的眼睛昏蒙、不能看見﹔愿他們的腰不斷地戰抖搖晃。
|
|
|
Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.
|
|
69:24
|
求你將你的盛怒倒在他們身上，叫你的猛烈怒氣趕上他們。
|
|
|
Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.
|
|
69:25
|
愿他們的營房變為荒涼﹔愿他們的帳棚無人居住。
|
|
|
Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents.
|
|
69:26
|
因為你所擊打的、他們就逼迫﹔你所擊傷的、他們就加上（傳統：敘說）痛苦。
|
|
|
For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded.
|
|
69:27
|
愿你在他們的罪罰上加上罪罰﹔別讓他們不被定罪。
|
|
|
Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.
|
|
69:28
|
愿他們從生命冊上被涂抹，不得和義人一同被記錄。
|
|
|
Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.
|
|
69:29
|
但我呢、我是困苦傷痛的﹔上帝阿，愿你的拯救保護我于高處。
|
|
|
But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
|
|
69:30
|
我要以詩歌頌贊上帝的名，以稱謝尊他為大。
|
|
|
I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
|
|
69:31
|
這便使永恆主喜悅，勝于獻牛、或獻有角有蹄的公牛。
|
|
|
This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
|
|
69:32
|
困苦人看見就喜樂﹔尋求上帝的人哪，愿你們的心蘇醒。
|
|
|
The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God.
|
|
69:33
|
因為永恆主聽了貧窮人﹔他自己的人被擄的、他也不藐視。
|
|
|
For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.
|
|
69:34
|
愿天、地、海和其中的一切動物、都頌贊他。
|
|
|
Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.
|
|
69:35
|
因為上帝必拯救錫安，必重建猶大的城﹔他的子民（原文：他們）必在那里居住，擁為己業。
|
|
|
For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.
|
|
69:36
|
他仆人的后裔必承受為業﹔愛他名的人必居于其中。
|
|
|
The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
