31:1
|
永恆主發神諭說︰「那時我必做以色列各家的上帝，他們必做我的子民。」
|
|
|
At the same time, saith the LORD, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.
|
|
31:2
|
永恆主這么說︰「刀劍屠殺后殘存的人民、以色列、去尋求安身之處，在曠野居然蒙受恩眷﹔
|
|
|
Thus saith the LORD, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.
|
|
31:3
|
永恆主從遠方向以色列（傳統︰我）顯現，說︰我以永遠的愛愛了你，因此我對你延長我的堅愛。
|
|
|
The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.
|
|
31:4
|
以色列子民（原文︰處女）哪，我必再建立你，你就得建立﹔你必再以『手鼓』為裝飾，出去加入嬉嬉笑鬧者的舞蹈。
|
|
|
Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: thou shalt again be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry.
|
|
31:5
|
在撒瑪利亞的眾山上你必再度栽種葡萄園﹔栽種的必栽種，來享用所結的果子。
|
|
|
Thou shalt yet plant vines upon the mountains of Samaria: the planters shall plant, and shall eat them as common things.
|
|
31:6
|
因為必有一天、以法蓮山地看果園的人必呼叫說︰『起來，我們上錫安，去見永恆主我們的上帝吧！』」
|
|
|
For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion unto the LORD our God.
|
|
31:7
|
因為永恆主這么說︰「要為雅各喜樂歡呼哦！要為列國中為首的發尖銳聲哦！要宣告，要頌贊說︰『永恆主已拯救他人民（傳統︰永恆主阿，拯救你的人民）以色列余剩的人了！』
|
|
|
For thus saith the LORD; Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish ye, praise ye, and say, O LORD, save thy people, the remnant of Israel.
|
|
31:8
|
看吧，我必將他們從北方之地領來，將他們從地之極處招集攏來﹔和他們同來的有瞎子，有瘸子，有孕婦，有產婦，都在一起，成了一團大眾、返回這里來。
|
|
|
Behold, I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together: a great company shall return thither.
|
|
31:9
|
他們必哭哭啼啼而來，我必以安慰（傳統︰懇求）引導他們，使他們到流水之溪谷，在平坦的路上走，不至于在那上頭跌倒﹔因為我是以色列的父，以法蓮是我的長子。
|
|
|
They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.
|
|
31:10
|
「列國阿，要聽永恆主的話，要傳告在遠處的沿海地帶，說︰那使以色列四散的必再招集他，看守他，像牧人看守羊群一般，
|
|
|
Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.
|
|
31:11
|
因為永恆主贖救了雅各，贖回了他脫離比他強的人的手。
|
|
|
For the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.
|
|
31:12
|
他們必到錫安的高地來歡呼，必因永恆主賜的美物而容光煥發，必因有五谷、有新酒、新油、有羊仔和牛犢、而滿面春風﹔他們必像澆透了的園子﹔任何消損必不再有。
|
|
|
Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the LORD, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all.
|
|
31:13
|
那時處女必以舞蹈而歡樂，而年青的和年老的一起歡樂。我必使他們的悲哀變為喜樂﹔我必安慰他們，使他們從憂愁中得到歡樂。
|
|
|
Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.
|
|
31:14
|
我必用肥油使祭司的心飽飫﹔我的人民必因我賜的美物而心滿意足︰這是永恆主發神諭說的。」
|
|
|
And I will satiate the soul of the priests with fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my goodness, saith the LORD.
|
|
31:15
|
永恆主這么說︰「在拉瑪聽見有聲音，悲苦痛哭的聲音，是拉結哭她的兒女，不肯因兒女的緣故而受安慰，因為他們（傳統︰我們）不在了。」
|
|
|
Thus saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not.
|
|
31:16
|
永恆主這么說︰「要抑制你的聲音不要哭，要抑制你的眼不要流淚﹔因為你所作的工必有賞報，永恆主發神諭說，他們必從仇敵之地回來。
|
|
|
Thus saith the LORD; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the LORD; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.
|
|
31:17
|
你的晚景必有希望，永恆主發神諭說，你的兒女必返回自己的境界。
|
|
|
And there is hope in thine end, saith the LORD, that thy children shall come again to their own border.
|
|
31:18
|
我真地聽見以法蓮在為自己悲嘆著說︰『你督責了我，我便受督責，像訓練未馴的牛犢一樣﹔使我返回哦，我便得以返回，因為你是永恆主我的上帝。
|
|
|
I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke: turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art the LORD my God.
|
|
31:19
|
我被擄（同詞︰返回）以后，就真地后悔﹔我受教責以后，就拍腿悔恨﹔我因擔當年幼的恥辱，而抱愧蒙羞。』
|
|
|
Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.
|
|
31:20
|
永恆主發神諭說︰以法蓮是我的寶貝兒子么？是個可喜悅的孩子么？因為我每逢說了話遣責他，我總還是依依懷念著他。我的心腸熱戀著他﹔我一定要憐憫他。
|
|
|
Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a pleasant child? for since I spake against him, I do earnestly remember him still: therefore my bowels are troubled for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, saith the LORD.
|
|
31:21
|
「以色列子民（原文︰處女）哪，要為你自己設立標記，為你自己豎指路牌﹔要留心向大路，向你走去的原路回轉，返回到你這些城市中。
|
|
|
Set thee up waymarks, make thee high heaps: set thine heart toward the highway, even the way which thou wentest: turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy cities.
|
|
31:22
|
轉離正道的人民（原文︰女兒）哪，你反來復去要到几時呢？永恆主在地上創作了一件新的事︰女的圍護著男人呢（或點竄作︰女的變成了男的！」
|
|
|
How long wilt thou go about, O thou backsliding daughter? for the LORD hath created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall compass a man.
|
|
31:23
|
萬軍之永恆主以色列之上帝這么說︰「我恢復他們的故業時，在猶大地和它的城市里人必再說以下這樣的話︰『公義的庄舍阿，聖山哪，愿永恆主賜福與你！』
|
|
|
Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity; The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness.
|
|
31:24
|
猶大和屬猶大眾城市的人、耕地的和領著群畜游牧的人（傳統︰他們領著群畜游牧）、都一起住在其中。
|
|
|
And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all the cities thereof together, husbandmen, and they that go forth with flocks.
|
|
31:25
|
因為疲乏的人、我使他飽飫﹔消損的人、我都使他滿足。」
|
|
|
For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.
|
|
31:26
|
于是我醒了，我一看，覺得我睡的好香甜哪！」
|
|
|
Upon this I awaked, and beheld; and my sleep was sweet unto me.
|
|
31:27
|
「看吧，日子必到，永恆主發神諭說，我必將人的種和牲口的種播在以色列家和猶大家之中。
|
|
|
Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast.
|
|
31:28
|
我先前怎樣儆醒察看他們、而拔除、而拆毀、而傾覆、而毀滅、而降災，我將來也必怎樣儆醒察看他們、而建立、而栽植︰這是永恆主發神諭說的。
|
|
|
And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the LORD.
|
|
31:29
|
當那些日子、人必不再說︰『父親吃了酸葡萄，兒子的牙就酸倒了。』
|
|
|
In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge.
|
|
31:30
|
不，各人的死，必須因自己的罪孽而死﹔各人吃酸葡萄的，只有他自己的牙會酸倒。
|
|
|
But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge.
|
|
31:31
|
「看吧，日子必到，永恆主發神諭說，我必跟以色列家和猶大家立個新的約，
|
|
|
Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
|
|
31:32
|
不像我拉著他們祖宗的手、領他們出埃及地的日子、跟他們立的約那樣︰我雖做他們的夫君，他們卻違犯了我的約︰永恆主發神諭說。
|
|
|
Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
|
|
31:33
|
但那些日子以后，永恆主發神諭說，我跟以色列家所立的約乃是這樣︰我必將我的律法放在他們里面，寫在他們心上﹔我要必做他們的上帝，他們要做我的子民。
|
|
|
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
|
|
31:34
|
他們各人必不再教導自己的鄰舍、和自己的弟兄，說︰『你該認識永恆主！』因為他們從最小的、到至大的、都必認識我，永恆主發神諭說︰因為我要赦免他們的罪孽﹔他們的罪、我必不再追念。」
|
|
|
And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
|
|
31:35
|
那使日頭白晝發光，又派定月亮和星辰（傳統︰月亮和星辰之定例）做黑夜里的光，也攪動大海，使它的波浪A訇的，萬軍之永恆主是他的名，他這么說︰
|
|
|
Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name:
|
|
31:36
|
「這些定例若能從我面前廢掉，永恆主發神諭說，以色列的后裔也就能從我面前息滅，永遠不再成國。」
|
|
|
If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
|
|
31:37
|
永恆主這么說︰「上天若能被量度，下地的根基若能被測透，我也就能因以色列后裔所行的一切事來棄絕他們眾人了︰永恆主發神諭說。」
|
|
|
Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.
|
|
31:38
|
「看吧，日子必到，永恆主發神諭說，這城必給永恆主重建起來，從哈楠業譙樓直到角門。
|
|
|
Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the city shall be built to the LORD from the tower of Hananeel unto the gate of the corner.
|
|
31:39
|
測量的准繩還要往外量出、直到迦立山，又轉到歌亞。
|
|
|
And the measuring line shall yet go forth over against it upon the hill Gareb, and shall compass about to Goath.
|
|
31:40
|
拋尸山谷全部、和倒灰之處（即︰欣嫩子谷）、以及一切田園，直到汲淪溪谷，延到東邊馬門的拐角──都必歸永恆主為聖，永遠不再被拔毀，不再傾覆。」
|
|
|
And the whole valley of the dead bodies, and of the ashes, and all the fields unto the brook of Kidron, unto the corner of the horse gate toward the east, shall be holy unto the LORD; it shall not be plucked up, nor thrown down any more for ever.
